Booking data
These figures come from 1,600 quote requests submitted through Bus 2 Ride and its sister company-owned websites between 2023 and 2026-09-04. They describe what people requested—group size, timing, hours—not confirmed bookings or prices. Every number is an aggregate over at least 25 records; nothing about any individual request is published.

n = 1,410 requests
About 32% of requests are for 15–20 passengers, 27% for 10 or fewer, 18% for 11–14, 15% for 21–30, and under 9% for more than 30.
Share of requests by passenger band. Groups above 30 are the minority, which is why shuttle and coach quotes are handled as a separate category.

Groups request quotes a median of 28 days before the event. A quarter ask 12 days or less ahead; a quarter ask more than two months ahead.
Days between the inquiry date and the event date on the request. Requests with an event date more than two years out were excluded.
n = 1,368 requests
Roughly 27% of quote requests arrive less than two weeks before the event, and 12% arrive with under a week to go.
Short-notice requests are common, but vehicle choice narrows quickly inside two weeks on Friday and Saturday dates.
n = 1,372 requests
Saturday accounts for about 55% of requested event dates and Friday another 22%. Sunday through Thursday together make up under a quarter.
Day of week of the event date on the request. Weekday events are the easiest to fit and usually the most flexible on vehicle choice.
n = 1,437 requests
May is the single busiest month for requested event dates, at roughly twice the monthly average. April through October carry about 78% of all requested dates.
Month of the event date on the request. Prom, graduation, and wedding season overlap in May; January and February are the quietest months.
n = 1,437 requests
When groups specify a duration, the median request is 4 hours, and three quarters ask for 6 hours or less.
Requested rental hours entered on the quote form. Many operators price in minimum blocks, so a 4-hour request is a common fit.
n = 763 requests
Wedding groups plan furthest ahead: the median wedding transportation request arrives 68 days before the date, compared with 19 days for birthdays and 16 days for prom.

Birthdays are the most common stated occasion, followed by general nights out, weddings, concerts, and prom. Bachelor and bachelorette parties together are a smaller but steady share.
Ranked by count of the event type entered on the request, where one was given.
n = 349 requests
Only metros with at least 25 company-owned-site requests are shown. Every other city page on this site deliberately shows no local statistic rather than borrowing a national number.
Source. Quote requests stored in Bus 2 Ride’s customer system that were submitted through websites the company owns (Bus 2 Ride and its regional Party Ride, findmypartybus, partybusquotes, and limobusreservations sites). Requests that arrived through third-party lead networks are excluded so the figures reflect this company’s own audience.
Queries. Aggregate-only SQL: counts, shares, and percentiles. Free-text fields, names, contact details, and addresses were never selected. Cohorts smaller than 25 records are suppressed. Passenger counts outside 1–80, hours outside 1–24, and event dates more than two years after the request were excluded as data-entry errors.
What the numbers are not. They are not booking counts, not prices, not a guarantee of availability, and not a measure of any single operator. Metro figures use the city entered on the request, which is missing on most records; a city without a figure is a city without enough data.
