Local planning
Pickup side. Vancouver requests most often begin in Downtown, Gastown, Yaletown and Kitsilano. Give us a street address or a named lot entrance rather than the neighborhood — drive time and where the bus can actually sit both hang on the exact curb.
The stops we run. Destinations named for Vancouver include Vancouver Convention Centre, BC Place, Rogers Arena and Canada Place. Tell us which one you are going to and we will sort the staging with them.
Dates that fill first. Local calendars around Vancouver International Film Festival, Celebration of Light and Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) concentrate demand into a handful of weekends. If your trip lands on one of these, book sooner than you think you need to.
Routes we run often. YVR airport to downtown Vancouver; Canada Place to downtown event venues. Give us the full sequence rather than the highlights; the last stop is usually the one that moves the number.
On price. Canadian pricing shown on Bus 2 Ride is a planning estimate only. Date, duration, route, vehicle, mileage, deadhead, taxes, tolls, parking, demand, and currency affect the reviewed quote. Your written quote is one all-in number for your route, so nothing new turns up at the curb.
Airport groups. Vancouver trips connect to YVR. Provide flight numbers, terminal, bag counts, and one group contact; the driver meets at the commercial-vehicle zone, which is usually not the passenger curb.

Rogers Arena set the schedule for game-day groups in Vancouver: the official start time fixes the arrival window, and the exit crowd fixes the pickup. Ask the venue where commercial vehicles stage, agree on one post-event meeting corner that everyone can find, and give the driver a 30–45 minute cushion after the final whistle rather than a fixed minute.
Vancouver International Film Festival and Celebration of Light and other Vancouver events come with street closures and organizer transportation notices; read them before locking a route. Choose a meeting point outside the heaviest foot traffic, set a firm departure deadline for the group, and expect traffic to compress well before the published start time.
Corporate groups using Vancouver Convention Centre are usually several movements rather than one headcount: hotel-to-venue transfers in waves, an evening event, and airport runs on different flights. List each movement with its own time and passenger count so the quote reflects the real number of vehicles and hours.
