Local planning
Where we collect you. Chicago requests most often begin in River North, Wrigleyville / Lakeview, Lincoln Park and West Loop. A street address beats a neighborhood every time. Where a 40-foot vehicle can stop is a narrower question than where you live.
Where we drop. Destinations named for Chicago include Wrigley Field, Soldier Field, United Center, Grant Park / Millennium Park and Navy Pier. Some have a coach door away from the main entrance. Worth knowing before the group is standing outside.
Dates that fill first. Local calendars around Lollapalooza, Taste of Chicago, Chicago Air & Water Show and St. Patrick's Day Parade & river dyeing concentrate demand into a handful of weekends. If your trip lands on one of these, book sooner than you think you need to.
Routes we run often. River North bar crawl; Wrigleyville pub crawl; West Loop restaurant tour; Suburb-to-downtown Saturday night run. List the stops in the order you want them and be realistic about the finish — that is what the price is built on.
What groups pay locally. Patrick's Day, and major sports events. Weeknight requests often price lower than peak festival and sports weekends. Your written quote is one all-in number for your route, so nothing new turns up at the curb.
Airport groups. Chicago trips connect to ORD, MDW. Provide flight numbers, terminal, bag counts, and one group contact; the driver meets at the commercial-vehicle zone, which is usually not the passenger curb.
Beyond Chicago. Trips that continue into Arlington Heights, Aurora, Berwyn or Bloomington are quoted as one itinerary. The Illinois guide covers statewide staging and long-distance planning.
Wrigley Field and Soldier Field set the schedule for game-day groups in Chicago: the official start time fixes the arrival window, and the exit crowd fixes the pickup. Ask the venue where commercial vehicles stage, agree on one post-event meeting corner that everyone can find, and give the driver a 30–45 minute cushion after the final whistle rather than a fixed minute.
Aragon Ballroom and similar Chicago venues usually need a written run of show: getting-ready location, ceremony, photos, reception, and hotel return, each with its own passenger count. Photo sessions and receptions run long, so build the vehicle's time block around the latest realistic end, and decide which personal items stay on board between stops.
For a Chicago night out anchored on River North bar crawl and Wrigleyville pub crawl, fix the stop order and the last pickup time before requesting a quote, and name one group contact for the driver. Curb space is not guaranteed at busy venues, so agree on a pickup corner a short walk away, and check each venue's group entry policy so a bus full of people is not turned away at the door.
