Our pricing is hourly, and minimums vary by day and event type. Nights and weekends require a 4-hour minimum. Sundays have a 3-hour minimum. Prom rentals on Saturdays during March through May require a 6-hour minimum due to extreme demand during prom season. These minimums exist because of the real costs of preparing, positioning, and staffing a vehicle — and we are transparent about them upfront rather than burying them in fine print.

When it comes to payment, we keep it straightforward. A 50% deposit secures your reservation and removes the vehicle from availability for other clients. The remaining balance is due 7–14 days before your event — not on the day of service, which eliminates the stress of last-minute payments. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

Our cancellation policy is equally transparent. Cancel 30 or more days before your event and you receive a full refund. Cancel 15–29 days before and you receive a 50% refund. Cancellations under 15 days before the event are non-refundable, as the vehicle has been held exclusively for you and the opportunity to rebook is extremely limited. BYOB Policy: Most of our party buses and limousines are BYOB-friendly for passengers of legal drinking age (21+). You are welcome to bring beer, wine, seltzers, and mixed drinks. However, hard alcohol (liquor bottles) may not be permitted on some vehicles — your booking confirmation will specify the BYOB rules for your particular vehicle. The onboard bar areas include coolers, ice, and glassware for your convenience.

No smoking and no pets — these rules apply to every vehicle in our network, no exceptions. Smoking includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, and any other tobacco or cannabis products. Service animals are accommodated in compliance with ADA requirements.

Decorations: Want to hang a “Happy Birthday” banner or “Bride to Be” sash inside the bus? Decorations are allowed with prior approval.
