Use the comfort-to-value trade-off to make the final pick. A higher-comfort option costs more per hour but gives the group breathing room for a 5+ hour night where people will stand, dance, and move between seats. A higher-value option packs the group efficiently without wasting capacity and is usually the smarter call for shorter rentals, shuttle-style trips, or budget-conscious groups where the bus is transportation rather than the party itself.

Once the capacity finder narrows the field, confirm availability for your specific date because only some vehicle types will be bookable in your city on your day.
