Deposits commonly range from 25–50% of the quoted total, but the exact amount depends on the vehicle type, operator, event date, route, and market. The remaining balance is usually due before the event, and your quote should state the exact schedule.

Do you offer last-minute bookings?

Last-minute bookings may be possible when partner/operator availability remains open. Vehicle choices can be limited within 24–48 hours, especially on weekends and peak dates. Calling is usually the fastest way to check urgent availability.
