We have been moving groups since 2015 — party buses, limousines, Sprinter vans, shuttles, and full-size coaches — across 884 service areas in the U.S. and Canada. We run our own vehicles and our own chauffeurs, and we book every trip ourselves, so the people who quote your night are the same people who show up for it.
Before anything gets booked we go through the parts that actually matter on the day: which vehicle fits the group, how many seats you really need, how the timing works stop to stop, minimum hours, the price, the cancellation policy, overtime, and any paperwork your school, venue, or employer wants to see. It is a short conversation and it saves a lot of grief later.
Getting started is easy. Send us the date and where you are going, and we will come back with one written all-inclusive price — gratuity, taxes, fuel, and the ordinary fees are already in the number. For best availability, request quotes at least 2–4 weeks in advance. Peak dates such as prom Saturdays, New Year's Eve, major wedding weekends, and large local events can fill much earlier, so 4–8 weeks is better when your date is fixed.

We look over availability, vehicle details, timing, route, and estimated pricing. Final booking occurs through your signed agreement after the required review and payment steps.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the booking, vehicle, market, event date, and signed agreement. Your quote or contract should state the deposit, balance deadline, cancellation window, refund terms, and rescheduling rules before you confirm. Review those terms before paying a deposit.
Can I change my reservation after booking?

What deposit is required to secure a booking?
A deposit of approximately 50% is typical, with the remaining balance often due 7–14 days before service. Exact terms vary by trip, so review the deposit, balance date, cancellation terms, and payment requirements in the final signed agreement.
Do you offer last-minute bookings?
Last-minute bookings may be possible when partner/what we have free remains open. Vehicle choices can be limited within 24–48 hours, especially on weekends and peak dates. Calling is usually the fastest way to check urgent availability.
