1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Bus2Ride's website (bus2ride.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services.

2. Our Role — Transportation Marketplace & Affiliate

Bus2Ride operates as a transportation marketplace and affiliate. We connect customers with independent, licensed, and insured transportation operators across the United States. Bus2Ride may fulfill bookings directly or through sister companies and partner operators within our network.

When you submit a quote request, Bus2Ride shares your event details with one or more operators in our network who can provide the requested service. The operator who fulfills your booking is an independent business and is solely responsible for the vehicle, driver, insurance coverage, and quality of service provided.

Bus2Ride does not own or operate transportation vehicles. We act as an intermediary connecting you with qualified operators and facilitating the booking process.

3. Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes: All quotes are free, non-binding estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed upon booking.
• All-Inclusive Pricing: Bus2Ride quotes are all-inclusive — vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, insurance, and gratuity are included unless otherwise stated. The quoted price is the total price.
• Price Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, prices are subject to change based on availability, vehicle type, distance, and seasonal demand. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Booking & Payment

• Deposit: A 50% deposit is typically required to secure your reservation. The deposit removes the vehicle from availability for other clients.
• Balance: The remaining balance is generally due 7–14 days before your event date.
• Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Payments may be processed by Bus2Ride or directly by the transportation operator, depending on the booking.
• Minimum Hours: Nights and weekends require a 4-hour minimum. Sundays have a 3-hour minimum. Prom rentals on Saturdays (March–May) require a 6-hour minimum.

5. Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before event: Full refund minus a small processing fee.
• 7–30 days before event: 50% refund.
• Under 7 days before event: Deposit forfeited, as the vehicle has been held exclusively for your reservation.
• Changes: Modifications to date, time, or pickup location can be made up to 48 hours before your event at no additional charge, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling may be accommodated subject to availability at no charge — contact us to discuss options.

6. BYOB, Smoking & Pet Policy

• BYOB: Most party buses and limousines are BYOB-friendly for passengers 21+. Beer, wine, and seltzers are welcome. Hard alcohol (liquor bottles) may not be permitted on some vehicles — your confirmation will specify the rules.
• No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vapes, cannabis) is strictly prohibited on all vehicles.
• No Pets: Pets are not allowed on any vehicle. Service animals are accommodated per ADA requirements.
• Decorations: Allowed with prior approval. No glitter, confetti, or materials that damage surfaces or obstruct safety equipment.

7. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must comply with all applicable laws and the instructions of the chauffeur. The transportation operator reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passengers engage in behavior that endangers safety, damages the vehicle, or violates these terms. Passengers are financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle during their rental period.

8. Overtime

If your event exceeds the reserved time, overtime charges will apply at the hourly rate specified in your booking confirmation. Your chauffeur will notify the primary contact when the reserved time is approaching its end. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments.

9. Communications Consent

By submitting a quote request form on our website, you consent to receive transactional communications from Bus2Ride and its transportation partners by phone, email, and text message at the contact information you provide. These communications are necessary to respond to your request and facilitate your booking.

Marketing communications (promotional offers, deals, and updates) require a separate opt-in on our forms and are never required to receive a quote or complete a booking. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to any text, clicking unsubscribe in any email, or contacting us at info@bus2ride.com.

10. Third-Party Operators & Complaints

Bus2Ride acts as an intermediary. The transportation operator that fulfills your booking is an independent business and is solely responsible for the vehicle, driver conduct, insurance, punctuality, and overall quality of the transportation service.

Service quality complaints — including issues with the vehicle condition, driver behavior, lateness, or the ride experience — should be directed to the transportation operator that fulfilled your booking. Bus2Ride will assist in facilitating communication between you and the operator but is not the responsible party for service delivery issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Bus2Ride's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Bus2Ride for the specific booking at issue.
• Bus2Ride is not liable for any acts, omissions, negligence, delays, cancellations, property damage, personal injury, or other losses caused by third-party transportation operators.
• Bus2Ride is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our or the operator's reasonable control.
• In no event shall Bus2Ride be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the theory of liability.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bus2Ride, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the use of Bus2Ride's services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration shall take place in the State of Texas. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek relief in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction for individual claims that qualify. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on bus2ride.com — including text, images, graphics, logos, tools, and software — is the property of Bus2Ride and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

16. Modifications

Bus2Ride reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
