1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Bus2Ride's website (bus2ride.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services.
2. Our Role β Transportation Marketplace & Affiliate
Bus2Ride operates as a transportation marketplace and affiliate. We help customers request and compare transportation options through independent transportation partners and operators. Service-area pages describe where customers can request quote help; they do not mean Bus2Ride has a physical office, owned fleet, or identical partner availability in every city.
When you submit a quote request, Bus2Ride may share your event details with one or more operators or partners who may be able to provide the requested service. The operator who fulfills a booking, when a booking is made, may be an independent business responsible for the vehicle, driver, insurance coverage, operating authority, and transportation service provided.
Bus2Ride does not promise that it owns or operates every vehicle shown on the website. Vehicle categories, photos, amenities, prices, and examples are planning references unless confirmed in your written booking terms.
3. Quotes & Pricing
- Quotes: Quotes are based on the information you provide, including date, market, pickup area, route, stops, passenger count, vehicle category, and timing. A quote is not final until written terms are confirmed.
- Included items: What is included can vary by quote and operator. Ask whether gratuity, fuel, taxes, tolls, parking, travel time, wait time, cleaning, and overtime are included or separate.
- Price accuracy: Prices may change based on availability, route details, vehicle type, distance, seasonal demand, partner availability, and changes to trip details. Final pricing is confirmed in the written booking terms.
4. Booking & Payment
- Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Deposit amount varies by quote, vehicle, event date, market, and operator agreement.
- Balance: The remaining balance due date varies by booking and should be reviewed in the written terms before payment.
- Payment Methods: Payments may be processed by Bus2Ride, a sister company, a payment provider, or directly by the transportation operator, depending on the booking.
- Minimum Hours: Minimum rental hours vary by vehicle, market, date, and trip type. The written quote should show the minimum that applies to your trip.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and change policies vary by quote, operator, event date, vehicle category, and how close the request is to the scheduled trip.
- Deposits, partial payments, processing fees, and final payments may be non-refundable depending on the written terms.
- Changes to date, time, pickup location, route, passenger count, or vehicle type are subject to availability and may change the price.
- Review the written cancellation and change policy before paying any deposit or balance.
6. Passenger Rules & Vehicle Policies
Passenger rules, food and beverage rules, decoration rules, cleanup requirements, pet policies, and other vehicle policies vary by operator, vehicle, event type, local requirements, and written booking terms. Confirm the rules that apply to your trip before the event.
7. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must comply with all applicable laws and the instructions of the chauffeur or operator. The transportation operator may terminate service without refund if passengers engage in behavior that endangers safety, damages the vehicle, or violates the written booking terms. Passengers are financially responsible for damage, cleanup charges, or other charges caused during the rental period.
8. Overtime
If your event exceeds the reserved time, overtime charges may apply at the rate specified in your booking confirmation. Overtime rate, billing increment, approval process, and payment timing vary by operator and booking.
9. Communications Consent
By submitting a quote request form on our website, you consent to receive transactional communications from Bus2Ride and its transportation partners by phone, email, and text message at the contact information you provide. These communications are necessary to respond to your request and facilitate your booking.
Marketing communications (promotional offers, deals, and updates) require a separate opt-in on our forms and are never required to receive a quote or complete a booking. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to any text, clicking unsubscribe in any email, or contacting us at info@bus2ride.com.

10. Third-Party Operators & Complaints
Bus2Ride acts as an intermediary. The transportation operator that fulfills your booking may be an independent business and is generally responsible for the vehicle, driver conduct, insurance, punctuality, route handling, and overall quality of the transportation service.
Service quality complaints β including issues with the vehicle condition, driver behavior, lateness, or the ride experience β may need to be addressed with the transportation operator that fulfilled your booking. Bus2Ride may assist in facilitating communication between you and the operator but is not always the responsible party for service delivery issues.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Bus2Ride's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Bus2Ride for the specific booking at issue.
- Bus2Ride is not liable for any acts, omissions, negligence, delays, cancellations, property damage, personal injury, or other losses caused by third-party transportation operators.
- Bus2Ride is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our or the operator's reasonable control.
- In no event shall Bus2Ride be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the theory of liability.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bus2Ride, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the use of Bus2Ride's services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration shall take place in the State of Texas. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek relief in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction for individual claims that qualify. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on bus2ride.com β including text, images, graphics, logos, tools, and software β is the property of Bus2Ride and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
16. Modifications
Bus2Ride reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page with an updated βLast updatedβ date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
