1. Nature of Service

Bus2Ride operates as a transportation broker and referral service. We connect customers with transportation options, which may include:

• Third-party operators
• Contracted vendors
• Bus2Ride-owned vehicles (when available)

Bus2Ride is not a common carrier.

2. No Guarantees

While we strive to accommodate every request, availability, pricing, and service are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, mechanical issues, weather events, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Third-Party Providers

Transportation services may be fulfilled by independent operators. Bus2Ride is not responsible for:

• Vehicle condition
• Driver conduct
• Delays or service failures
• Accidents or injuries

All transportation services are governed by the final booking agreement and provider terms.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments may be made to Bus2Ride or directly to operators.

• Refunds are not guaranteed
• Refund eligibility depends on the signed agreement
• Chargebacks may result in service cancellation

Bus2Ride is not a bank or escrow service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bus2Ride is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.

You waive the right to participate in class actions.

9. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, with venue fixed in Wyoming.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
