Where we collect you. San Francisco requests most often begin in North Beach, Marina District, SoMa and Mission District. A street address beats a neighborhood every time. Where a 40-foot vehicle can stop is a narrower question than where you live.
The stops we run. Destinations named for San Francisco include Oracle Park, Chase Center, Golden Gate Park, Pier 39 and Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. Some have a coach door away from the main entrance. Worth knowing before the group is standing outside.
When the calendar tightens. Local calendars around Outside Lands Music Festival, SF Pride Parade, Bay to Breakers and Giants MLB Games concentrate demand into a handful of weekends. Availability tightens around them, so get the date held rather than shopping it.
Routes we run often. SF → Napa/Sonoma Wine Country; SF → Muir Woods; SF → Half Moon Bay; SF → Lake Tahoe. Send your version with every stop in order and an honest end time, and the quote will cover the whole block.
On price. Among the highest party bus rates in CA. Outside Lands weekend (Aug), Pride (Jun), and Dreamforce (Sep) are peak pricing periods. Book 6-8 weeks ahead. Your written quote is one all-in number for your route, so nothing new turns up at the curb.
Airport groups. San Francisco trips connect to SFO, OAK. Provide flight numbers, terminal, bag counts, and one group contact; the driver meets at the commercial-vehicle zone, which is usually not the passenger curb.

Outside Lands Music Festival and SF Pride Parade and other San Francisco events come with street closures and organizer transportation notices; read them before locking a route. Oracle Park and Golden Gate Park may not have large-vehicle access at every entrance, so confirm the usable gate, turnaround space, and closing time before the trip. Count coolers, gear, and extra luggage in the request, and keep a weather alternative ready; outdoor itineraries are the ones most likely to change on the day.
Pier 39 require the ship or terminal name, the embarkation window, and a luggage count up front. Terminal pickup procedures change more often than most venues, so re-check them close to the date and allow extra time for baggage handling and group assembly.
