What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30 or more days before your event receive a full refund minus a small processing fee. Cancellations 7–30 days before your event receive a 50% refund. Cancellations under 7 days before your event forfeit the deposit, as the vehicle has been held exclusively for your booking. If you need to reschedule rather than cancel, we can move your date at no additional charge subject to availability.
Can I change my reservation after booking?
Yes. Changes to date, time, or pickup location can be made up to 48 hours before your event at no additional charge, subject to availability. Vehicle upgrades or downgrades may affect pricing. Contact our 24/7 support team to make changes.
What deposit is required to secure a booking?
A deposit of 25–50% of the total rental cost is required to confirm your reservation. The exact amount depends on the vehicle type, rental duration, and date. The remaining balance is due 7–14 days before your event β€” not on the day of service. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
Do you offer last-minute bookings?
Yes. We accommodate last-minute bookings when vehicles are available. Bookings within 24–48 hours may have limited options and could incur a rush fee. We recommend calling our reservation line for the fastest last-minute availability check.
How do I coordinate a booking for a large group?
For groups of 20 or more, we assign a dedicated coordinator to handle logistics, route planning, and communication. You can share a single booking link for group payments or arrange a single point of contact for billing. We also help with multiple pickup points when needed.
