Step 1: Define Your Needs
Before contacting any company, nail down the essential details of your event. How many passengers are confirmed? What is the date and approximate time frame? Step 4: Review the Contract
You should always get a written contract or service agreement, and we send one on every trip. Before you sign, check these items: the exact vehicle type and size, pickup and drop-off locations, start and end times, the total price including all fees, the overtime rate (what happens if you go over your contracted hours), the cancellation and refund policy, the deposit amount and the payment schedule, and what we do if a vehicle becomes unavailable and a backup has to go out instead.

The balance is usually due on the day of the event or 24 to 48 hours before. The balance is sometimes charged to the card on file and sometimes collected payment from the group organizer on the day of. Clarify the payment timeline so there are no surprises.
Step 6: Confirm Details Before the Event
One to two weeks before the event, get hold of us to confirm all details: the date and time, the exact pickup address (include any gate codes, building numbers, or specific pickup spot instructions), the itinerary and route if applicable, any special requests (decorations, specific music setup, champagne toast), and the driver's name and direct phone number. Share this information with your group so everyone knows the plan.
Step 7: Day-Of Preparation
On the day of the event, have your group assembled at the pickup location 10 minutes before the scheduled departure. Prepare any BYOB supplies (drinks in cans and plastic, ice, coolers, cups, trash bags). Bring decorations if planned. Have cash or a pre-arranged payment method ready for the balance and driver gratuity.
