Local planning
Pickup side. Victoria requests most often begin in Downtown, Inner Harbour, James Bay and Fernwood. Name the building and the entrance. Staging space and approach angle decide the pickup more than the postcode does.

Victoria Day Parade and other Victoria events come with street closures and organizer transportation notices; read them before locking a route. Choose a meeting point outside the heaviest foot traffic, set a firm departure deadline for the group, and expect traffic to compress well before the published start time.
Corporate groups using Victoria Conference Centre are usually several movements rather than one headcount: hotel-to-venue transfers in waves, an evening event, and airport runs on different flights. List each movement with its own time and passenger count so the quote reflects the real number of vehicles and hours.
Inner Harbour hotel and event transfers require the ship or terminal name, the embarkation window, and a luggage count up front. Terminal pickup procedures change more often than most venues, so re-check them close to the date and allow extra time for baggage handling and group assembly.
