Local planning
Starting points. Parker requests most often begin in Downtown Parker, Stonegate, The Pinery and Stroh Ranch. A street address beats a neighborhood every time. Where a 40-foot vehicle can stop is a narrower question than where you live.
Where we drop. Destinations named for Parker include PACE Center, O'Brien Park, Salisbury Equestrian Park, Parker Fieldhouse and Mainstreet Parker. Some have a coach door away from the main entrance. Worth knowing before the group is standing outside.
When the calendar tightens. Local calendars around Parker Days, Parker Oktoberfest, Christmas Carriage Parade and PACE Center performance season concentrate demand into a handful of weekends. Those weekends go early. Worth pricing as soon as your date is fixed.

Airport groups. Parker trips connect to DEN. Provide flight numbers, terminal, bag counts, and one group contact; the driver meets at the commercial-vehicle zone, which is usually not the passenger curb.

For a Parker night out anchored on Parker Mainstreet to LoDo Denver nightlife, fix the stop order and the last pickup time before requesting a quote, and name one group contact for the driver. Curb space is not guaranteed at busy venues, so agree on a pickup corner a short walk away, and check each venue's group entry policy so a bus full of people is not turned away at the door.
Parker Oktoberfest and Christmas Carriage Parade and other Parker events come with street closures and organizer transportation notices; read them before locking a route. Choose a meeting point outside the heaviest foot traffic, set a firm departure deadline for the group, and expect traffic to compress well before the published start time.
O'Brien Park and Salisbury Equestrian Park may not have large-vehicle access at every entrance, so confirm the usable gate, turnaround space, and closing time before the trip. Count coolers, gear, and extra luggage in the request, and keep a weather alternative ready; outdoor itineraries are the ones most likely to change on the day.
