Ask the venue where commercial vehicles stage, agree on one post-event meeting corner that everyone can find, and give the driver a 30–45 minute cushion after the final whistle rather than a fixed minute.
Oktoberfest and Festival of the Little Hills and other St. Charles events come with street closures and organizer transportation notices; read them before locking a route.
