Corporate groups using Irwin Conference Center and Ethnic Expo are usually several movements rather than one headcount: hotel-to-venue transfers in waves, an evening event, and airport runs on different flights. List each movement with its own time and passenger count so the quote reflects the real number of vehicles and hours.
Mill Race Park and Mill Race Park events may not have large-vehicle access at every entrance, so confirm the usable gate, turnaround space, and closing time before the trip. Count coolers, gear, and extra luggage in the request, and keep a weather alternative ready; outdoor itineraries are the ones most likely to change on the day.
