Itinerary Builder

A shared itinerary is the closest thing to a group transportation guarantee — it locks in pickup times, stop durations, buffer windows, and drop-off ETA in one document everyone can reference. When half the group is running late and the other half is already at the pickup, the itinerary keeps everyone accountable and prevents the chaos of last-minute text threads where nobody agrees on timing.

Build the itinerary stop by stop: pickup address, venue name and address, arrival time, departure time, any notes for the driver (side entrance, loading zone, parking instructions). Add a notes section for weather backup plans, contact numbers, and the driver's hotline. Share it with the group digitally (text, email, or shared drive) and print two copies — one for the planner, one for the bus.

For events with 10+ guests, the itinerary should go out at least 48 hours before the ride so stragglers can adjust their schedules and the driver can flag any routing issues before the day-of. Driver feedback on the itinerary before the event is gold: they know the traffic patterns, the construction zones, and the realistic transit times between your chosen venues better than any planning app.
