For a Yakima night out anchored on Bale Breaker Brewing Company (nearby) and Single Hill Brewing, fix the stop order and the last pickup time before requesting a quote, and name one group contact for the driver. Curb space is not guaranteed at busy venues, so agree on a pickup corner a short walk away, and check each venue's group entry policy so a bus full of people is not turned away at the door.
Central Washington State Fair and Fresh Hop Ale Festival and other Yakima events come with street closures and organizer transportation notices; read them before locking a route. Choose a meeting point outside the heaviest foot traffic, set a firm departure deadline for the group, and expect traffic to compress well before the published start time.
