Tuacahn Amphitheatre (Ivins) and St. George Musical Theater and other St. George events come with street closures and organizer transportation notices; read them before locking a route. Choose a meeting point outside the heaviest foot traffic, set a firm departure deadline for the group, and expect traffic to compress well before the published start time.
Corporate groups using Dixie Convention Center are usually several movements rather than one headcount: hotel-to-venue transfers in waves, an evening event, and airport runs on different flights. List each movement with its own time and passenger count so the quote reflects the real number of vehicles and hours.
Zion National Park (nearby) and Snow Canyon State Park may not have large-vehicle access at every entrance, so confirm the usable gate, turnaround space, and closing time before the trip. Count coolers, gear, and extra luggage in the request, and keep a weather alternative ready; outdoor itineraries are the ones most likely to change on the day.
