Itineraries groups ask about. Legacy West dining and bar crawl; Downtown Plano Arts District pub crawl; Plano to Dallas Deep Ellum (25 min); Plano to Frisco Star District (10 min). Send your version with every stop in order and an honest end time, and the quote will cover the whole block.
Airport groups. Plano trips connect to DFW, DAL. Provide flight numbers, terminal, bag counts, and one group contact; the driver meets at the commercial-vehicle zone, which is usually not the passenger curb.

Curb space is not guaranteed at busy venues, so agree on a pickup corner a short walk away, and check each venue's group entry policy so a bus full of people is not turned away at the door.
Legacy Hall (food hall & concert venue) and Plano Balloon Festival and other Plano events come with street closures and organizer transportation notices; read them before locking a route. Choose a meeting point outside the heaviest foot traffic, set a firm departure deadline for the group, and expect traffic to compress well before the published start time.
Corporate groups using Legacy West corporate event shuttle are usually several movements rather than one headcount: hotel-to-venue transfers in waves, an evening event, and airport runs on different flights. List each movement with its own time and passenger count so the quote reflects the real number of vehicles and hours.
