Curb space is not guaranteed at busy venues, so agree on a pickup corner a short walk away, and check each venue's group entry policy so a bus full of people is not turned away at the door.
Stanley Theatre concert season and other Utica events come with street closures and organizer transportation notices; read them before locking a route.
