Where pickups start. Santa Fe requests most often begin in The Plaza, Canyon Road, Railyard District and Guadalupe Street. A street address beats a neighborhood every time. Where a 40-foot vehicle can stop is a narrower question than where you live.
Common destinations. Destinations named for Santa Fe include Lensic Performing Arts Center, Santa Fe Opera, Meow Wolf, Santa Fe Convention Center and Museum of International Folk Art. Each one loads differently. Ask the venue where a bus can wait, and agree a meeting corner in case the curb is taken when you come out.
Dates that fill first. Local calendars around Santa Fe Indian Market, Spanish Market, Santa Fe Opera season and Santa Fe International Folk Art Market concentrate demand into a handful of weekends. If your trip lands on one of these, book sooner than you think you need to.
Popular runs. Canyon Road gallery crawl; Plaza to Railyard District dining loop; Santa Fe to Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta shuttle; Santa Fe to Taos Ski Valley (1.5 hrs). Stop order and end time matter more than distance. Send both.
