Local planning
Starting points. Las Cruces requests most often begin in Downtown Las Cruces, Mesilla, Sonoma Ranch and East Mesa. Name the building and the entrance. Staging space and approach angle decide the pickup more than the postcode does.
Where we drop. Destinations named for Las Cruces include Pan American Center, New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum, Rio Grande Theatre, Old Mesilla Plaza and Las Cruces Convention Center. Some have a coach door away from the main entrance. Worth knowing before the group is standing outside.
When the calendar tightens. Local calendars around Whole Enchilada Fiesta, Las Cruces International Film Festival, Southern New Mexico Wine Festival and NMSU Aggies football concentrate demand into a handful of weekends. Availability tightens around them, so get the date held rather than shopping it.
Itineraries groups ask about. Mesilla Plaza dining and shopping loop; Las Cruces to El Paso nightlife (45 min); Las Cruces to White Sands National Park excursion; Southern NM wine trail tour. Stop order and end time matter more than distance. Send both.
Airport groups. Las Cruces trips connect to LRU. Provide flight numbers, terminal, bag counts, and one group contact; the driver meets at the commercial-vehicle zone, which is usually not the passenger curb.

Ask the venue where commercial vehicles stage, agree on one post-event meeting corner that everyone can find, and give the driver a 30–45 minute cushion after the final whistle rather than a fixed minute.
