Each one loads differently. Ask the venue where a bus can wait, and agree a meeting corner in case the curb is taken when you come out.
Book these early. Local calendars around Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC Orlando), Orlando City SC games, Florida Film Festival and Epcot Festival of the Arts concentrate demand into a handful of weekends. Those weekends go early. Worth pricing as soon as your date is fixed.
Itineraries groups ask about. Wall Street Plaza/Downtown bar crawl; I-Drive entertainment crawl; MCO Airport to Disney/Universal resorts; Port Canaveral cruise shuttle. Send your version with every stop in order and an honest end time, and the quote will cover the whole block.

Ask the venue where commercial vehicles stage, agree on one post-event meeting corner that everyone can find, and give the driver a 30–45 minute cushion after the final whistle rather than a fixed minute.
