Local planning
Pickup side. New Haven requests most often begin in Downtown New Haven, East Rock, Westville and Wooster Square. Give us a street address or a named lot entrance rather than the neighborhood — drive time and where the bus can actually sit both hang on the exact curb.
The stops we run. Destinations named for New Haven include Yale Bowl, Shubert Theatre, Toad's Place, College Street Music Hall and New Haven Green. Loading rules vary by venue. Pick a meeting corner up front so nobody is hunting for the bus at the end of the night.
Busy weekends. Local calendars around International Festival of Arts & Ideas, New Haven Open tennis, Yale-Harvard Game and Wooster Square Cherry Blossom Festival concentrate demand into a handful of weekends. Check the current schedule with the organiser — this is not a live calendar.
Popular runs. New Haven pizza crawl (Pepe's, Sally's, Modern); Chapel Street bar crawl; New Haven to NYC nightlife shuttle; Yale campus event shuttles. Give us the full sequence rather than the highlights; the last stop is usually the one that moves the number.
Airport groups. New Haven trips connect to HVN, BDL. Send flight numbers and bag counts; the meeting point is the commercial-vehicle zone, not the passenger curb.
Beyond New Haven. Trips that continue into Bridgeport, Stamford, Hartford or Waterbury are quoted as one itinerary; see the Connecticut guide.
College Street Music Hall, Yale University Art Gallery and Yale campus event shuttles: name the exact building entrance, confirm current access rules with the school, and count students and guests separately.
Chapel Street bar crawl: send a run of show with a headcount per leg, and build the time block around the latest realistic end of the reception.
New Haven pizza crawl (Pepe's, Sally's, Modern), Chapel Street bar crawl and New Haven to NYC nightlife shuttle: fix the stop order and last pickup time first, name one group contact for the driver, and check each venue's group entry policy.
Vehicle fit
Pick by confirmed headcount, then by luggage and trip length. Your contract names the exact vehicle, its seating capacity and what is on board.
