Where pickups start. Napa requests most often begin in Downtown Napa, Oxbow District, Old Town and Browns Valley. Give us a street address or a named lot entrance rather than the neighborhood — drive time and where the bus can actually sit both hang on the exact curb.
Where groups go. Destinations named for Napa include Oxbow Public Market, Napa Valley Wine Train, CIA at Copia, Bottlerock Venue (Napa Valley Expo) and The Meritage Resort. Some have a coach door away from the main entrance. Worth knowing before the group is standing outside.
Book these early. Local calendars around BottleRock Napa Valley, Napa Valley Film Festival and Flavor! Napa Valley concentrate demand into a handful of weekends. Those weekends go early. Worth pricing as soon as your date is fixed.
What people book here. Napa → Sonoma; Napa → San Francisco; Napa → Calistoga. List the stops in the order you want them and be realistic about the finish — that is what the price is built on.
What it costs here. Premium wine country pricing; BottleRock weekend (May) is the most expensive period in Northern CA. Weekday tours are often priced lower — confirm on the quote. Your written quote is one all-in number for your route, so nothing new turns up at the curb.
Airport groups. Napa trips connect to SFO, OAK. Provide flight numbers, terminal, bag counts, and one group contact; the driver meets at the commercial-vehicle zone, which is usually not the passenger curb.

For a Napa night out anchored on Oxbow Public Market, fix the stop order and the last pickup time before requesting a quote, and name one group contact for the driver. Curb space is not guaranteed at busy venues, so agree on a pickup corner a short walk away, and check each venue's group entry policy so a bus full of people is not turned away at the door.
Napa Valley Film Festival and other Napa events come with street closures and organizer transportation notices; read them before locking a route. Choose a meeting point outside the heaviest foot traffic, set a firm departure deadline for the group, and expect traffic to compress well before the published start time.
Corporate groups using Bottlerock Venue (Napa Valley Expo) are usually several movements rather than one headcount: hotel-to-venue transfers in waves, an evening event, and airport runs on different flights.
