Local planning
Pickup side. Fresno requests most often begin in Tower District, Downtown Fresno, Woodward Park and Fig Garden. Give us a street address or a named lot entrance rather than the neighborhood — drive time and where the bus can actually sit both hang on the exact curb.
Where we drop. Destinations named for Fresno include Save Mart Center, Warnors Theatre, Forestiere Underground Gardens, Tower Theatre and Fresno Chaffee Zoo. Some have a coach door away from the main entrance. Worth knowing before the group is standing outside.
When the calendar tightens. Local calendars around Fresno Fair (Big Fresno Fair), Grizzlies Baseball Games, Rogue Festival and Taco Truck Throwdown concentrate demand into a handful of weekends. If your trip lands on one of these, book sooner than you think you need to.
Itineraries groups ask about. Fresno → Yosemite; Fresno → Sequoia National Park; Fresno → Paso Robles Wine Country. List the stops in the order you want them and be realistic about the finish — that is what the price is built on.

Ask the venue where commercial vehicles stage, agree on one post-event meeting corner that everyone can find, and give the driver a 30–45 minute cushion after the final whistle rather than a fixed minute.
Fresno Fair (Big Fresno Fair) and Rogue Festival and other Fresno events come with street closures and organizer transportation notices; read them before locking a route.
