Cost Guides
Event Duration Cost
Most celebration and shuttle quotes are built around a service window, not just riding time. Ceremony waits, photo stops, and last-call exits often decide whether you stay inside the minimum or tip into overtime.
Preliminary ranges only. Figures below are planning references, not guaranteed prices. All-inclusive quoted pricing generally includes tip/gratuity, taxes, fuel, and ordinary quoted fees; tolls and disclosed exceptions may be additional. Confirmation requires live review and DocuSign.

Quote Factors
What Changes the Final Price?
Minimum hours
A lower hourly rate with a long minimum can cost more than a higher rate with a short window.
Wait time inside the event
Idle time at ceremonies, dinners, and venues is usually still billed time on hourly terms.
Overtime risk
Late exits and encore traffic can extend past the booked window. Plan a buffer.
Multi-stop complexity
Each extra stop adds minutes that accumulate toward overtime.
Included fees
Confirm tip, taxes, fuel, overtime rate, and toll treatment on the written duration terms.
Budget the service window, not the playlist
List hard start and end times first: pickup, ceremony, photos, venue doors, and last drop-off. Then add traffic and loading buffers. If the realistic window exceeds the minimum, price the full window β do not plan against a best-case exit time.

Prom transportation is often a shared group expense. Total cost is driven by vehicle size, Saturday demand, photo-stop itineraries, and minimum hours more than by the per-ticket headline number.
Airport Transfer Cost
Airport transfer pricing is often point-to-point for simple rides, or hourly when you need wait time, multiple terminals, or a wider service window. Flight timing and luggage drive the quote.
