Where pickups start. Charleston requests most often begin in Downtown Charleston, East End, Capitol Street and Kanawha City. Give the dispatcher a street address or a named lot entrance, not just the neighborhood—drive time, staging, and the vehicle's approach all depend on the exact curb.

Destinations named for Charleston include Charleston Civic Center (now Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center), Clay Center for the Arts & Sciences, Capitol Market, Charleston Town Center and WV State Capitol. Each has its own loading rules; ask the venue where a bus or limo can wait, and agree on a meeting corner in case the curb is blocked when the group comes out.
Dates that fill first. Local calendars around FestivALL Charleston, Charleston Sternwheel Regatta, Multifest and Charleston Distance Run (15 Mile) concentrate demand on a handful of weekends.
