Busy weekends. Local calendars around FestivALL Charleston, Charleston Sternwheel Regatta, Multifest and Charleston Distance Run (15 Mile) concentrate demand into a handful of weekends. If your trip lands on one of these, book sooner than you think you need to.
Itineraries groups ask about. Capitol Street dining and bar crawl; East End cocktail loop; Charleston to Fayetteville/New River Gorge (60 min); CRW Airport to downtown hotels. Give us the full sequence rather than the highlights; the last stop is usually the one that moves the number.
Airport groups. Charleston trips connect to CRW. Provide flight numbers, terminal, bag counts, and one group contact; the driver meets at the commercial-vehicle zone, which is usually not the passenger curb.

Charleston Civic Center (now Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center) and WV Power baseball set the schedule for game-day groups in Charleston: the official start time fixes the arrival window, and the exit crowd fixes the pickup. Ask the venue where commercial vehicles stage, agree on one post-event meeting corner that everyone can find, and give the driver a 30–45 minute cushion after the final whistle rather than a fixed minute.
For a Charleston night out anchored on Capitol Street dining and bar crawl and Capitol Market to East End brunch and bar loop, fix the stop order and the last pickup time before requesting a quote, and name one group contact for the driver. Curb space is not guaranteed at busy venues, so agree on a pickup corner a short walk away, and check each venue's group entry policy so a bus full of people is not turned away at the door.
