Trips built around Adobe campus and Xactware / Verisk campus work best when the organizer names the exact building entrance and confirms current access rules with the school before the pickup time is set. Separate the student count from guests, allow real boarding time between scheduled activities, and for prom or graduation confirm the school's own transportation policy before booking.
Thanksgiving Point Tulip Festival and other Lehi events come with street closures and organizer transportation notices; read them before locking a route. Choose a meeting point outside the heaviest foot traffic, set a firm departure deadline for the group, and expect traffic to compress well before the published start time.
Corporate groups using Silicon Slopes tech conferences are usually several movements rather than one headcount: hotel-to-venue transfers in waves, an evening event, and airport runs on different flights.
