Airport groups. Amarillo trips connect to AMA. Provide flight numbers, terminal, bag counts, and one group contact; the driver meets at the commercial-vehicle zone, which is usually not the passenger curb.

Tri-State Fair & Rodeo and Route 66 celebrations and other Amarillo events come with street closures and organizer transportation notices; read them before locking a route. Choose a meeting point outside the heaviest foot traffic, set a firm departure deadline for the group, and expect traffic to compress well before the published start time.
Corporate groups using Amarillo Civic Center are usually several movements rather than one headcount: hotel-to-venue transfers in waves, an evening event, and airport runs on different flights. List each movement with its own time and passenger count so the quote reflects the real number of vehicles and hours.
Amarillo Botanical Gardens and Palo Duro Canyon State Park (nearby) may not have large-vehicle access at every entrance, so confirm the usable gate, turnaround space, and closing time before the trip.
