When the calendar tightens. Local calendars around Pittsburgh Steelers football, Pittsburgh Penguins hockey, Pittsburgh Pirates baseball and Three Rivers Arts Festival concentrate demand into a handful of weekends. Availability tightens around them, so get the date held rather than shopping it.
