Where pickups start. Halifax requests most often begin in Downtown Halifax, North End, South End and Dartmouth waterfront. Send the exact address, including which side of the street. That is what sets the drive time we quote you.
Common destinations. Destinations named for Halifax include Halifax Convention Centre, Scotiabank Centre, Pier 21, Halifax Waterfront and Halifax Citadel National Historic Site. Loading rules vary by venue. Pick a meeting corner up front so nobody is hunting for the bus at the end of the night.
Dates that fill first. Local calendars around Halifax Jazz Festival, Halifax Pride, Halifax Busker Festival and Royal Nova Scotia International Tattoo concentrate demand into a handful of weekends. Check the current schedule with the organiser — this is not a live calendar.
Itineraries groups ask about. YHZ airport to downtown Halifax hotels; Halifax waterfront to Dartmouth event venues; Downtown hotels to Scotiabank Centre and Convention Centre. List the stops in the order you want them and be realistic about the finish — that is what the price is built on.

Date, duration, route, vehicle, mileage, deadhead, taxes, tolls, parking, demand, and currency affect the reviewed quote. Your written quote is one all-in number for your route, so nothing new turns up at the curb.
Airport groups. Halifax trips connect to YHZ. Provide flight numbers, terminal, bag counts, and one group contact; the driver meets at the commercial-vehicle zone, which is usually not the passenger curb.

Trips built around Dalhousie University work best when the organizer names the exact building entrance and confirms current access rules with the school before the pickup time is set. Separate the student count from guests, allow real boarding time between scheduled activities, and for prom or graduation confirm the school's own transportation policy before booking.
Halifax Jazz Festival and Halifax Busker Festival and other Halifax events come with street closures and organizer transportation notices; read them before locking a route. Choose a meeting point outside the heaviest foot traffic, set a firm departure deadline for the group, and expect traffic to compress well before the published start time.
Corporate groups using Halifax Convention Centre and Downtown hotels to Scotiabank Centre and Convention Centre are usually several movements rather than one headcount: hotel-to-venue transfers in waves, an evening event, and airport runs on different flights.
