Where groups go. Destinations named for Surprise include Surprise Stadium (Spring Training), Surprise Tennis & Racquet Complex, Mark Coronado Community Center and Surprise Community Park. Some have a coach door away from the main entrance. Worth knowing before the group is standing outside.
When the calendar tightens. Local calendars around Spring Training (Rangers & Royals), Surprise Party in the Park and Holiday Lights concentrate demand into a handful of weekends. Check the current schedule with the organiser — this is not a live calendar.
Routes we run often. Surprise Stadium Spring Training shuttle; Surprise to Downtown Phoenix run; PHX Airport to West Valley hotels. List the stops in the order you want them and be realistic about the finish — that is what the price is built on.
Airport groups. Surprise trips connect to PHX. Provide flight numbers, terminal, bag counts, and one group contact; the driver meets at the commercial-vehicle zone, which is usually not the passenger curb.

Surprise Stadium (Spring Training) and Surprise Stadium Spring Training shuttle set the schedule for game-day groups in Surprise: the official start time fixes the arrival window, and the exit crowd fixes the pickup. Ask the venue where commercial vehicles stage, agree on one post-event meeting corner that everyone can find, and give the driver a 30–45 minute cushion after the final whistle rather than a fixed minute.
Surprise Community Park and Surprise Party in the Park may not have large-vehicle access at every entrance, so confirm the usable gate, turnaround space, and closing time before the trip. Count coolers, gear, and extra luggage in the request, and keep a weather alternative ready; outdoor itineraries are the ones most likely to change on the day.
