Where we collect you. Scottsdale requests most often begin in Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Waterfront, Kierland and Grayhawk. Give us a street address or a named lot entrance rather than the neighborhood — drive time and where the bus can actually sit both hang on the exact curb.

Dates that fill first. Local calendars around WM Phoenix Open at TPC, Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show, Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction and Scottsdale Art Walk concentrate demand into a handful of weekends. If your trip lands on one of these, book sooner than you think you need to.

Curb space is not guaranteed at busy venues, so agree on a pickup corner a short walk away, and check each venue's group entry policy so a bus full of people is not turned away at the door.
Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show and other Scottsdale events come with street closures and organizer transportation notices; read them before locking a route. Choose a meeting point outside the heaviest foot traffic, set a firm departure deadline for the group, and expect traffic to compress well before the published start time.
Corporate groups using Scottsdale Civic Center are usually several movements rather than one headcount: hotel-to-venue transfers in waves, an evening event, and airport runs on different flights.
