Share the exact street address, entrance name, gate code if needed, and whether the vehicle can idle or must stage nearby. Build 10–20 minutes for passenger gathering on celebration trips and longer for large coach loads. Groups rarely board in two minutes. Small limo parties may load quickly; 20–40 passenger celebrations usually need a gathering buffer, photos, and a headcount check. If your itinerary is tight to a ceremony or tip-off, protect that buffer in the booked hours rather than hoping everyone is early.
