Local planning
Where we collect you. Bend requests most often begin in Downtown Bend, Old Mill District, Westside and NorthWest Crossing. A street address beats a neighborhood every time. Where a 40-foot vehicle can stop is a narrower question than where you live.
The stops we run. Destinations named for Bend include Les Schwab Amphitheater, Old Mill District, Deschutes Brewery, Bend Brewing Company and 10 Barrel Brewing. Loading rules vary by venue. Pick a meeting corner up front so nobody is hunting for the bus at the end of the night.
When the calendar tightens. Local calendars around Bend Brewfest, Bend Summer Festival, Fourth of July Pet Parade and Pole Pedal Paddle concentrate demand into a handful of weekends. If your trip lands on one of these, book sooner than you think you need to.
Routes we run often. Downtown Bend brewery crawl (Ale Trail); Old Mill District dining and shopping loop; Mt. Bachelor ski shuttle; RDM Airport to downtown Bend hotels. Give us the full sequence rather than the highlights; the last stop is usually the one that moves the number.
Airport groups. Bend trips connect to RDM. Provide flight numbers, terminal, bag counts, and one group contact; the driver meets at the commercial-vehicle zone, which is usually not the passenger curb.

For a Bend night out anchored on Deschutes Brewery and Bend Brewing Company, fix the stop order and the last pickup time before requesting a quote, and name one group contact for the driver. Curb space is not guaranteed at busy venues, so agree on a pickup corner a short walk away, and check each venue's group entry policy so a bus full of people is not turned away at the door.
Les Schwab Amphitheater and Hayden Homes Amphitheater and other Bend events come with street closures and organizer transportation notices; read them before locking a route. Choose a meeting point outside the heaviest foot traffic, set a firm departure deadline for the group, and expect traffic to compress well before the published start time.
Downtown Bend brewery crawl (Ale Trail) and Bend to Sunriver Resort excursion may not have large-vehicle access at every entrance, so confirm the usable gate, turnaround space, and closing time before the trip. Count coolers, gear, and extra luggage in the request, and keep a weather alternative ready; outdoor itineraries are the ones most likely to change on the day.
