Local planning
Where pickups start. Raleigh requests most often begin in Downtown Raleigh, Glenwood South, Warehouse District and Fayetteville Street. Name the building and the entrance. Staging space and approach angle decide the pickup more than the postcode does.
Common destinations. Destinations named for Raleigh include PNC Arena, Red Hat Amphitheater, Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts, Raleigh Convention Center and NC State Fairgrounds. Each one loads differently. Ask the venue where a bus can wait, and agree a meeting corner in case the curb is taken when you come out.
Dates that fill first. Local calendars around NC State Fair, Carolina Hurricanes hockey, NC State Wolfpack football and basketball and Brewgaloo concentrate demand into a handful of weekends. Availability tightens around them, so get the date held rather than shopping it.
Itineraries groups ask about. Glenwood South bar crawl; Warehouse District brewery loop; RDU Airport to downtown hotels; Raleigh to Durham dinner shuttle (25 min). Send your version with every stop in order and an honest end time, and the quote will cover the whole block.
Airport groups. Raleigh trips connect to RDU. Send flight numbers and bag counts; the meeting point is the commercial-vehicle zone, not the passenger curb.
