Local planning
Pickup side. Detroit requests most often begin in Downtown Detroit, Midtown, Corktown and Eastern Market. A street address beats a neighborhood every time. Where a 40-foot vehicle can stop is a narrower question than where you live.
Where we drop. Destinations named for Detroit include Ford Field, Comerica Park, Little Caesars Arena, Fox Theatre and Masonic Temple. Some have a coach door away from the main entrance. Worth knowing before the group is standing outside.
Book these early. Local calendars around North American International Auto Show, Detroit Lions NFL gamedays, Tigers baseball season and Red Wings hockey concentrate demand into a handful of weekends. If your trip lands on one of these, book sooner than you think you need to.
Routes we run often. Greektown to Corktown bar crawl; Eastern Market Saturday morning to Midtown afternoon; Casino-hopping circuit (MGM, MotorCity, Greektown); DTW Airport to downtown hotels. Send your version with every stop in order and an honest end time, and the quote will cover the whole block.
Airport groups. Detroit trips connect to DTW. Provide flight numbers, terminal, bag counts, and one group contact; the driver meets at the commercial-vehicle zone, which is usually not the passenger curb.

Ford Field and Little Caesars Arena set the schedule for game-day groups in Detroit: the official start time fixes the arrival window, and the exit crowd fixes the pickup. Ask the venue where commercial vehicles stage, agree on one post-event meeting corner that everyone can find, and give the driver a 30–45 minute cushion after the final whistle rather than a fixed minute.
