Dates that fill first. Local calendars around Boston Marathon, Red Sox Opening Day, St. Patrick's Day Parade (Southie) and Boston Calling Music Festival concentrate demand into a handful of weekends. If your trip lands on one of these, book sooner than you think you need to.
What people book here. Faneuil Hall to North End bar crawl; Seaport District brewery loop; Fenway concert/game shuttle; BOS Airport to downtown hotels. List the stops in the order you want them and be realistic about the finish — that is what the price is built on.
Airport groups. Boston trips connect to BOS. Send flight numbers and bag counts; the meeting point is the commercial-vehicle zone, not the passenger curb.
