Pickup side. Boston requests most often begin in Back Bay, South Boston (Southie), North End and Fenway-Kenmore. Give us a street address or a named lot entrance rather than the neighborhood — drive time and where the bus can actually sit both hang on the exact curb.
Where groups go. Destinations named for Boston include Fenway Park, TD Garden, Gillette Stadium (Foxborough), House of Blues Boston and MGM Music Hall at Fenway. Each one loads differently. Ask the venue where a bus can wait, and agree a meeting corner in case the curb is taken when you come out.
Dates that fill first. Local calendars around Boston Marathon, Red Sox Opening Day, St. Patrick's Day Parade (Southie) and Boston Calling Music Festival concentrate demand into a handful of weekends. If your trip lands on one of these, book sooner than you think you need to.
What people book here. Faneuil Hall to North End bar crawl; Seaport District brewery loop; Fenway concert/game shuttle; BOS Airport to downtown hotels. List the stops in the order you want them and be realistic about the finish — that is what the price is built on.
Airport groups. Boston trips connect to BOS. Provide flight numbers, terminal, bag counts, and one group contact; the driver meets at the commercial-vehicle zone, which is usually not the passenger curb.
