Busy weekends. Local calendars around Mardi Gras (America's original!), BayFest Music Festival, Mobile International Festival and Senior Bowl concentrate demand into a handful of weekends. Those weekends go early. Worth pricing as soon as your date is fixed.
What people book here. Dauphin Street bar crawl; Mardi Gras parade route loop; MOB Airport to Downtown hotels. Stop order and end time matter more than distance. Send both.
Airport groups. Mobile trips connect to MOB. Provide flight numbers, terminal, bag counts, and one group contact; the driver meets at the commercial-vehicle zone, which is usually not the passenger curb.

For a Mobile night out anchored on Dauphin Street bar crawl, fix the stop order and the last pickup time before requesting a quote, and name one group contact for the driver. Curb space is not guaranteed at busy venues, so agree on a pickup corner a short walk away, and check each venue's group entry policy so a bus full of people is not turned away at the door.
BayFest Music Festival and Mobile International Festival and other Mobile events come with street closures and organizer transportation notices; read them before locking a route.
