Duration Cost Guide
Duration pricing covers short hourly blocks, full-day commitments, and multi-day charters. The structure that fits depends on whether the vehicle stays with your group and how many calendar days you need coverage.
Preliminary ranges only. Figures below are planning references, not guaranteed prices. All-inclusive quoted pricing generally includes tip/gratuity, taxes, fuel, and ordinary quoted fees; tolls and disclosed exceptions may be additional. Confirmation requires live review and DocuSign.

Quote Factors
What Changes the Final Price?
Committed hours versus riding hours
You usually pay for the vehicleβs commitment window, including waits and staging.
Overnight and multi-day rules
Driver hours-of-service, lodging, and layover terms can apply on multi-day trips.
Deadhead and geography
Long positioning miles before day one or after the finale can appear in the written total.
Calendar demand
Holiday weeks and tournament weekends change multi-day availability and day rates.
Included fees
Compare tip, taxes, fuel, overtime, lodging allowances, and tolls across single-day and multi-day options.
Hourly blocks versus multi-day packages
If the vehicle returns to the yard the same night, an hourly block with a clear end time is usually enough. If the group needs the same coach across several days or cities, ask for a multi-day outline that covers driver rest, overnight parking, and what happens if a day runs long. Do not assume a single-day hourly rate scales linearly across a week.

Cost Per Person Guide
Per-person cost is simply the written trip total divided by paying riders. It helps groups compare a shared vehicle against separate rideshares β but only when everyone is counting the same included fees.
Weekday vs Weekend Cost
Weekend and peak-evening demand is one of the largest price drivers in private group transportation. The same vehicle can quote differently on a Tuesday afternoon versus a Saturday night.
