TERMS OF SERVICE

1 Welcome to Bus 2 Ride

By accessing Bus2Ride.com, submitting a quote request, or booking transportation through us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2 Service Disclaimer

Bus 2 Ride operates solely as a booking agent for independently owned and operated transportation providers (“Affiliates”). We do not own vehicles and do not guarantee the performance of any Affiliate. All reservations are governed by applicable Affiliate terms and federal, state, and local laws.

3 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute concerning service quality, timeliness, or other matters must be resolved directly with the Affiliate that provided the transportation. Bus 2 Ride bears no obligation to mediate or settle third-party disputes.

4 Release of Liability

You release and hold harmless Bus 2 Ride, Leadwave Connections LLC, and their officers, employees, and agents from all claims, losses, or damages arising out of Affiliate services, including (without limitation) bodily injury, property damage, or service dissatisfaction.

5 Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

• Currency: U.S. Dollars (USD) only.

• Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable unless we cannot secure a vehicle. In that event, we will issue a full refund.

• Fraud Safeguards: We may require ID or card verification.

• Accepted Methods: Major credit/debit cards, cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Cash App (all cards processed in a PCI-compliant environment).

6 Customer Conduct & Responsibilities

By booking, you affirm that you and your party will:

• Comply with all laws (no under-21 alcohol, no drug use, no smoking in vehicles).

• Pay for tolls, parking, overtime (billed in full-hour increments), and any damages or cleaning fees (e.g., excessive debris or vomit).

• Accept that disorderly or illegal conduct may terminate the trip with no refund.
  We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

7 Vehicle Availability & Upgrades

We may, at our discretion, upgrade you to a higher-capacity vehicle at no extra charge. Downgrades are not permitted.

8 Taxes & Fees

Sales tax may apply where required. Additional charges apply for route changes, extended wait times, or card processing.

9 Severe-Weather Policy

If an Affiliate cancels due to extreme weather, non-refundable amounts become a credit toward a future reservation of equal or greater value.

10 Refund Conditions

Refunds are issued only if:

1. No vehicle is secured after payment, or

2. A confirmed vehicle fails to arrive within 60 minutes of scheduled pickup and no service is rendered.
   Bus 2 Ride is not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11 Entire Agreement & Amendments

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bus 2 Ride. We may update Terms at any time by posting revisions on our site; continued use constitutes acceptance.

We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18. If we learn that a minor has provided data, we will delete it.

• Booking confirmations & reminders

• Customer support or feedback

Message frequency varies.

• Msg & data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

• Reply HELP for assistance.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not share phone numbers for unrelated marketing. Opt-out requests are recorded immediately.
